individually fabricated in our New York City orthotic laboratory
All orthotics are individually fabricated in our New York City orthotic laboratory to ensure precision, quality, and consistency. Our mission is to assist patients in achieving pain-free, efficient movement throughout their daily activities. Since the feet serve as the body’s structural foundation, maintaining proper alignment and stability is essential. At the U.S. Orthotic Center, we are committed to creating orthotic devices that provide a balanced, stable, and supportive foundation, promoting optimal function and long-term musculoskeletal health.
Orthotic devices from the U.S. Orthotic Center are designed to enhance biomechanical performance, improve comfort, and support overall postural alignment. Whether addressing pronation, supination, or discomfort originating in the heel, knee, hip, or back, each orthotic is customized to the individual’s anatomical and functional requirements. Our orthotics are compatible with a wide range of footwear and are engineered to restore natural gait mechanics, reduce pain, decrease muscular fatigue, and improve energy efficiency.
